The M Owners Club of Indonesia participated in an Indonesia-wide Performance Day European Sports Car II event last weekend, where BMW M cars gathered and ran with other M cars, Porsches, and Ferraris at the Sentul International Race Track. Check out the huge photo set inside.
The day started with BMWs, Porsches, Ferraris, and other exotics gathering at downtown Jakarta, in the parking lot of the formerly Hilton Hotel. The group then convoyed to the race track (Sentul International Track), having two X5 M cars as safety cars. Around 80 cars attended the event, ranging from BMW M, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes, and Audi. The event featured 3 sessions - drag race, slalom/auto cross, and track runs (which was led by pace cars).

Auto Motor und Sport brings us a great F10 M5 video clip. This one features plenty of hotlapping on the Nurburgring and even some controlled powersliding on the wet track.
The most anticipated BMW Unscripted episode, featuring famed Nurburgring M5 Taxi pilot Sabine Schmitz, is now online! See how she got into racing (yes, she started in a BMW) and the Queen of the Ring’s thoughts on the M5.
The production F10 M5 rear design has finally been spotted! Seen here is a Monte Carlo Blue F10 M5 at M headquarters in Garching, Germany. The F10 front bumper has mostly previously been revealed.
2012 F10 M5 prototypes continue to be evaluated and tested on the Ring. The M5 is set to make its world debut at the 2011 Geneva autoshow as the "BMW Concept M5", which would be a near production identical version of the car to show off at various shows ahead of the official production car launch in Frankfurt.
The car will be a 2012 MY vehicle and be powered by a special version fo the S63 V8 that is currently used in the X5 and X6 M albeit with further refinements and increased power output to make this the top car in the M car lineup alongside the next M6.

Gerald unleashes the production F10 M5 in his latest work. Most of what you see here should be very accurate as they are based directly on the latest revealing F10 M5 spy photos. The render quality is again top notch, especially the wheels, which look spot on to the wheels in the M5 spy photos.
We bring you the best photos yet of the F10 M5 on the track. Spotted at the ring today performing high speed runs, the production front bumper is yet again exposed, save some camouflage tape. Some more design elements of the rear lower bumper also comes into view - particularly the area around the quad exhausts.
Also apparent is the more aggressive M5 sideskirts, rear deck lid spoiler, and the beautifully concave wheel wheels, all of which are production versions. The 2012 M5 is expected to make its world public debut at the 2011 Frankfurt IAA autoshow in September 2011 (probably with a reveal a few months earlier than September) and will be powered by a tweaked version of the S63 V8 twin turbo motor from the … CONTINUED
